User Management

User Management is accessible to System Administrator accounts only.

Viewing users

Navigate to Admin ??? System Users. The grid lists all registered system accounts, their roles, and active status.

Adding a user

1. Click New User.
2. Enter the user's Windows username (Active Directory login, without domain).
3. Assign one or more roles from the available list.
4. Set the account to Active.
5. Click Save.

The user can now log in with their existing Windows credentials.

Available roles

Editing a user

Click Edit next to a user to change their roles or active status. You cannot change the Windows username ??? deactivate the old account and create a new one if the person's AD account changes.

Deactivating a user

Click Deactivate to prevent login without deleting the account history. The user's past transactions remain visible in the audit log.

Password resets

Passwords are managed by Active Directory ??? use your IT helpdesk process to reset a user's Windows password.
