Reports

meatsoft (for Web) integrates with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to provide a library of operational and management reports.

Accessing reports

Go to Reports in the top navigation bar. Reports are grouped by area:

• Kill Floor reports (productivity, per-producer totals, batch summaries)
• Inventory reports (stock on hand, movement history, year-end adjustments)
• Order reports (open orders, GRV history)
• Costing reports (cost sheets, price list comparisons)

Running a report

1. Select the report from the list.
2. Enter the required parameters (date range, batch number, department, etc.).
3. Click View Report.
4. Use the SSRS toolbar to export to PDF, Excel, or Word.

Scheduling reports

Some reports support automated delivery via email. Contact your administrator to set up a scheduled subscription in SSRS Report Manager.
