Plant Orders
Plant Orders are internal production orders that specify what finished products must be produced and packed during a given production run.
Creating a plant order
- Navigate to Orders ??? Plant Orders ??? New.
- Fill in:
- Order Date ??? the date production is planned

- Add product lines:
- Click Add Line.
- Select the finished product code.

Processing a plant order
Production staff use the plant order as the authorisation to process stock. Once production is complete:
- Open the plant order.
- Click Record Output.
- Enter the actual quantities produced for each line.
- Click Confirm.
Stock is deducted from the relevant cooler/freezer locations and the plant order is marked as fulfilled.
