Logging In
meatsoft (for Web) uses your Windows Active Directory credentials ??? the same username and password you use to log in to your PC.
Steps
- Open your web browser and navigate to the system URL provided by IT.
- On the login page, enter your username (without the domain prefix) and password.
- Click Login.
After login
You will be taken to the Home / Dashboard page. The top navigation bar shows the modules you have access to based on your assigned role.
Login failures
| Symptom | Likely cause |
|---|---|
| "Invalid credentials" | Wrong username or password ??? try again |
| "Account not found" | Your AD account has not been added to the system ??? contact IT |
| "Access denied" | Your account exists but has no roles assigned ??? contact IT |
| Blank page / error | Clear your browser cache and try again; contact IT if it persists |
Logging out
Click your username in the top-right corner and select Log Out. Always log out when leaving a shared workstation.
Tip: Sessions expire after 40 minutes of inactivity. If you are returned to the login page unexpectedly, simply log back in ??? your saved data in the database is not lost.
