Labels & Stickers

The Labels & Stickers function generates product labels for finished goods ready for dispatch or retail display.

Generating labels

1. Navigate to Products ??? Labels & Stickers.
2. Select the product from the dropdown.
3. Enter the quantity (number of labels to print) and batch/lot number if applicable.
4. Choose the label template (retail, wholesale, export, etc.).
5. Click Preview to verify the label content.
6. Click Print to send the job to the configured label printer.

Label templates

Label templates are pre-configured by the system administrator and include:

• Product name and code
• Weight (per unit or per case)
• Batch number and production date
• Use-by or best-before date
• Barcode (EAN-13 or Code 128)

Contact IT to add or modify label templates.

Printer setup

Labels print to the label printer assigned to your workstation. If your printer is not printing:

1. Confirm the printer is online and loaded with label stock.
2. Check that the correct printer is selected in the Printer dropdown on the label screen.
3. Contact IT if issues persist.
