Dry Storage

The Dry Storage module manages non-perishable materials ??? packaging, ingredients, cleaning supplies, and other consumables stored in the dry goods warehouse.

Key functions

Viewing stock on hand

1. Go to Dry Storage ??? Inventory.
2. Use the search bar to filter by product name or code.
3. The grid shows quantity on hand, unit of measure, and storage location.
4. Click a product row to see a full movement history.

Stock locations

Each item is mapped to a physical rack and bin location. Locations are maintained under Dry Storage ??? Locations. Contact your store controller to add or change locations.

Year-end adjustments

At financial year-end, a special Year-End Adjustment routine is available under Dry Storage ??? Stock Adjustments ??? Year End. This locks the stock count and resets the adjustment baseline. Only authorised users can run this process.
